5 teachers??? I thought my observation was bad! I am not so sure about 5 teachers. What is it all for??
ReplyDeleteKelley, I had a group of teachers request to come see what the Reading and Writing Workshop looked like in my classroom. They weren't there to rate me, but I was still freakin'! My kids were great and everything was fine.
ReplyDeleteJust stopping by to see what you are doing currently! Come by when you get a chance!

I like to bribe my kiddos with super high expectations of greatness if they behave during observations and they canNOT mention their bribe to the observers... works every time **wink**

Adventures of a 6th Grade Teacher
My kids were PHENOMENAL! They didn't once speak out of turn and I didn't have to redirect many of them (which NEVER happens!) I was beyond proud of them and even my lowest kids who never participate in discussion, PARTICIPATED! The other teachers enjoyed their visit and were ready to get back to their own classrooms and implement it there :) Thanks for all the encouraging words. You guys are the best!
